I had a very disappointing experience working with Brandon. From the beginning, I felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an important part of such a major financial decision. At one point, he told me I was "just being difficult to work with" simply because I was asking questions to better understand the process. That was unprofessional and left me in tears. I was also told that my homeowners insurance would be covered through my mortgage and that I had the correct policy in place. That turned out to be false. The wrong insurance policy was set up, and I ended up having to pay for it out of pocket. When I reached out to Brandon by email to ask about the issue and try to resolve it, he never responded. Buying a home is stressful enough without being made to feel dismissed for asking questions or being given inaccurate information. I expected professionalism, clear communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite, and I would not recommend working with Brandon.

Cooper was amazing and awesome person to work with. He was always making sure I understood the process and throughly explained things when I didn’t understand. He was pretty thoughtful especially when my brain was overthinking things. Thank you David Bridge
