Oluseyi is amazing! When I initially messaged him from HAR, he responded immediately by giving me a call and providing a link so that I could do a self guided tour. The process and tour was easy and seamless. Also, I must add that after I toured I sent him a list of questions and he responded to promptly and answered every question. I would highly recommend Oluseyi to anyone in the market.

I would not recommend working with Real Property Management Ideal. Communication has been very frustrating, especially when trying to get clear answers on repairs and charges. The biggest issue was with my AC. I was charged $740 based on an initial diagnosis, but the issue was not properly fixed and continued shortly after. Because I still had concerns, I requested a second opinion, which cost me an additional $325, and that vendor confirmed the original diagnosis was incorrect and identified a different issue (a leak). I then had to pay $2,200 to properly fix the problem. So in total, I ended up paying multiple times due to an incorrect diagnosis, and I am still being charged $740 for a repair that did not resolve the issue. That was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I also received conflicting information throughout the process, which made everything more confusing. When I asked for clarification, I did not feel like my concerns were fully addressed. In my most recent communication with Seyi, I was told that I was “treating him like a slave,” which I found very inappropriate and unprofessional. Because of that interaction, I no longer feel comfortable communicating over the phone and will only communicate in writing moving forward. There have also been smaller issues since the beginning, like marketing photos not matching what was originally promised. I tried to be patient and even gave a referral, but overall the experience has not met expectations. I would strongly advise other property owners to ensure diagnoses are verified and that all work is clearly approved in writing before moving forward.

So far so good. We just became a tenant and our property manager Melissa has been Awesome! She and the team have quickly resolved any issues and the communication/ follow-up has been excellent. Thank you!
