We source and sell fully renovated, tenant-ready properties in Chattanooga and North Georgia. We also manage what you already own — $100/month for single-family, $85/month per unit for multi-family. No percentage of rent. No upfront fees. No long-term contracts. The whole Property Rush team is on target and exactly what I want as both a prospective buyer or renter in the Chattanooga/ North Georgia market . They are quick to answer any questions you may have about a property down to the color of paint on the walls. Any issues you may encounter is met with a solution instead of an excuse. Great company

After touring a listing and loving the experience with my co-applicants, I can say that Property Rush does care about the small details in making sure you feel heard and given attention to. Their leasing team is very personable and great in communication, which made my experience of them and the listing very worthwhile.

They answer phone calls immediately, reply to emails quickly, and are incredibly communicative, always offering valuable insight into the Chattanooga market. Highly recommend! BJ and his team have been incredible to work with. Every step of the way, the team was responsive, helpful, and made everything super smooth. It felt much more personal as BJ worked with me to find the right one, and that is a great feeling for such big purchases. My wife and I started a real estate business and we were introduced to Property Rush. After comparing Property Rush to other property management companies we quickly found out that the better service, communication and partnership was with BJ (Owner) and his Property Rush company. I have been to his office several times and met the staff as well as viewed properties with them. I am looking forward to my next purchase with them.
