We source and sell fully renovated, tenant-ready properties in Chattanooga and North Georgia. We also manage what you already own — $100/month for single-family, $85/month per unit for multi-family. No percentage of rent. No upfront fees. No long-term contracts. BJ at Property Rush has been great to work with - responsive, proactive and easy to communicate with. He handles issues quickly with frequent updates, and I know my property is in good hands so I don’t have to worry much. Would highly recommend!

This is a great company. They currently manage several properties for me and I am very happy. BJ and the whole team is awesome. I travel for work and sleep early knowing that my properties are in great hands.

Working with BJ Wilkerson at Property Rush has been a great experience from the vendor side. As a property manager, he's organized, prepared, and clearly knows his stuff. He takes care of his tenants and the people he works with, and that makes our job easier. It's rare to find someone in property management who's both sharp and genuinely good to work with.

BJ G and BJ W provided us with truly excellent service from start to finish. They answer phone calls immediately, reply to emails quickly, and are incredibly communicative, always offering valuable insight into the Chattanooga market. They took the time to show us properties and gave honest, practical advice on which ones were smart purchases and which ones to avoid. We’re excited to continue partnering with them as our property managers and highly recommend Property Rush to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable team

It felt much more personal as BJ worked with me to find the right one, and that is a great feeling for such big purchases. My wife and I started a real estate business and we were introduced to Property Rush. After comparing Property Rush to other property management companies we quickly found out that the better service, communication and partnership was with BJ (Owner) and his Property Rush company. I have been to his office several times and met the staff as well as viewed properties with them. I am looking forward to my next purchase with them.
