I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Trish and learning more about how she approaches her business. She’s thoughtful, easy to communicate with, and clearly puts a lot of emphasis on giving her clients honest guidance instead of just pushing them toward a decision. I also appreciate her focus on serving military families and first-time homebuyers, where trust and clear communication matter so much. Trish brings a strong service mindset to real estate, and I’d feel very comfortable referring someone to her who was buying or selling in the South Sound area.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate broker! There was not one part of the home buying process where we ever felt in the dark. Trish was consistently proactive and responsive. As someone who is very detailed oriented, I met my match with Trish! Her knowledge, transparency, and dedication were evident from start to finish. You won’t regret having Trish in your corner.

Trish was amazing, she always kept me informed on what was going on during the sale of my house, and the purchase of a new place. She has an entire team supporting her in case you need someone to fix an outlet or find some financing. I can’t say enough about how happy I am that I picked Trish to help me.

Trish is literally the best most competent, efficient, intelligent, hard working real estate agent I have ever worked with and I have worked with many! She returns calls quickly. Working with Trish was truly an incredible experience. We were purchasing our home from out of state and weren’t able to travel or see any properties in person. She made the entire process feel seamless and comfortable.
Trish went above and beyond, doing all the footwork for us. She provided detailed videos, walked us through each home, and gave us honest insight about the areas, which was invaluable since we had never even visited before.
What really sets Trish apart is not just her knowledge and professionalism, but who she is as a person. She is genuinely kind-hearted, patient, thoughtful, and someone you instantly trust and feel at ease with. She has that rare quality where you don’t just see her as your realtor, but as someone you’d gladly keep in your life long after closing; like having her at your dinner table.
We also faced some challenges with the realtor we were using to sell our home, who made several mistakes along the way. Trish was incredibly supportive during that time. She stepped in to guide and help where appropriate, always maintaining professionalism and respect, never overstepping boundaries.
