NestFinders have great employees and even the owner is amazing. But I would caution any potential renters to understand (something I didn't) realize could happen on a rental, where you contact the property management company for the property, they draw up the lease between you and the owner, but if the owner fires them, you have to then deal directly with the owner per the lease unless they hire someone else. I'm someone who doesn't like to deal directly with private landlords, I find property management companies to be easier to work with. We relocated to Jax from Tampa, Hannah was amazing to work with, help us with everything; above and beyond. Our landland was unfortunately extremely difficult to deal with, she fired them and was an absolute nightmare for the remainder of our lease, including trying to keep most of our deposit unwarranted. So, this is a five star review for this company, but I'd like to highlight my experience and see if your company might consider reworking the leases/contracts with owners, so something like this doesn't happen to others in the future.

We recently moved into our new home through Nest Finders Property Management and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Our property manager, Maria Rivera, has been absolutely outstanding from day one. Like any new move-in, we ran into a few issues early on — most notably the AC going out. Maria jumped on it immediately, handling everything quickly and efficiently while keeping the disruption to us as minimal as possible. Her responsiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process was truly impressive. What sets Maria apart is her consistent availability. No matter what has come up, she has been there to help us navigate it with ease. We genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she has done to make our transition into this home as smooth as possible.
