Our family had an amazing experience with nest finders. Taylor was a wonderful property manager. From start to finish she was professional and efficient.

NestFinders have great employees and even the owner is amazing. But I would caution any potential renters to understand (something I didn't) realize could happen on a rental, where you contact the property management company for the property, they draw up the lease between you and the owner, but if the owner fires them, you have to then deal directly with the owner per the lease unless they hire someone else. I'm someone who doesn't like to deal directly with private landlords, I find property management companies to be easier to work with. We relocated to Jax from Tampa, Hannah was amazing to work with, help us with everything; above and beyond. Our landland was unfortunately extremely difficult to deal with, she fired them and was an absolute nightmare for the remainder of our lease, including trying to keep most of our deposit unwarranted. So, this is a five star review for this company, but I'd like to highlight my experience and see if your company might consider reworking the leases/contracts with owners, so something like this doesn't happen to others in the future.

I am so grateful to have NestFinders be our property managers for our Condo in Mirabella, Jacksonville, FL. Within one week of them listing our Condo they found us renters. The renters moved in yesterday and through their portal a maintenance request was submitted and the Assistant Portfolio Manager, Maria Rivera, reached out immediately to us and took care of handling everything, gave us peace of mind, and explained how things would be handled going forward without us having to worry or do anything. Shiera was incredibly accommodating and kind, and asked all the questions to truly understand what we needed. Some companies didn't even bother to ask about our pets. Because of her, we finally found a home we're excited about - one that also welcomes our pets. We will definitely recommend Nest Finders!

When I submitted a maintenance request for all of them, they were completed within a few days. My experience renting through this company has been an absolute positive one. What I like about this company is that there is a lot of teamwork. When I was not able to get ahold of my leasing agent, Irish helped me and answered all of my questions. The property manager, Sabrina is very kind and quick to respond. I haven’t had much luck with other property management companies. Nest finders is one I will be using in the future.
