Based in Roseville, he helps Northern California investors identify, evaluate, and maximize duplex, short-term rental, value-add, and 1031 exchange opportunities.

Dean is an Airbnb Superhost who owns and personally manages his own short-term rental properties, giving him firsthand experience with STR acquisition, renovation, design, pricing, guest experience, and day-to-day operations.

With a background in Construction Management, Dean brings a hands-on investor’s perspective to every property. He understands how to evaluate an opportunity from both sides—what it will cost to renovate and improve, and what it can earn once the property is operating.
