House hacking remains the easiest way to empower my clients when making the shift from renting to homeowner/investor. Once I know where each client sits on the "privacy spectrum," finding opportunities is the easy part. LAST BIG TRIP: My wife and I went to a wedding in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico in February of 2022. The wedding was rescheduled twice over the last couple of years due to COVID and the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. The bride was finally getting married after the delays of the Summer Games for a year. We'll never forget the joy of getting away after being landlocked for so long.
