I'm experienced in fix and flips, buy and hold and development. My husband and I have been heavily involved in real estate for the past 10 years. I am an investor/realtor and started right here on BP in 2017! My family and in invest in fix and flips and rentals, with a specialty in Section 8. After selling a business that I owned in 2018 I put all of my efforts into acquiring larger apartment buildings. I now specialize in both the acquisition and funding of syndication deals and I believe in the power of partnerships.
