Represented clients in flip properties, a commercial parking lot, a hotel turned into a 40-unit rental property, a medical office condo, single family homes that are used for STR, MTR, or LTR, land to be used for construction of multi-family properties, and single family homes that are used for the owner's employees out of their home city instead of paying for hotels in two different cities. Licensed originally in 2010. Entered commercial insurance from 2013-2017, where I helped dozens of business owners/investors insure their real estate investments. My wife, Sarah, entered real estate in 2014. In 2018, I became the CEO/Team Leader of KW Johnson City, helping grow agent businesses, including my Sarah's real estate business. In 2021, Sarah sold $10m and 31 units. I transitioned out of CEO/Team Leader and into selling with my wife in 2022. We sold $9.5m and 30 units in 2022. We have sold $12.7m and 32 units, so far in 2023. We currently have 7 or 8 investors that we have represented in transactions over the past 2 years, and are currently searching for investment property for another 10-12 investors, some of which have never invested before. Sarah was born and raised in the shadow of Dollywood, in Sevier County, Tennessee. She moved to Johnson City to attend ETSU in 1998, where she was a varsity cheerleader for four years, and graduated with a degree in Finance. Her second degree from ETSU was her Master of Arts in Teaching, which propelled her into her first career--teaching. Many of the skills that made her a successful teacher have also served her clients well in her real estate career. Ryan is a native of Johnson City, Tennessee. He attended ETSU, where he was a baseball player for four years, and graduated with a degree in Mass Communications. Ryan has had a successful career in the pharmaceutical, commercial insurance, and real estate industries, including four years as Team Leader/CEO of KW Johnson City, helping over 150 agents produce over 1,900 transactions and $445 million in sales volume production each year. In 2022, Ryan & Sarah McKinney were the #1 ranked team in all of Keller Williams in the Tri-Cities. Even more noteworthy, in 2022, Sarah was honored to receive the prestigious Eagle Award, for KW Johnson City. In early 2014 Matt Posusta & Ryan Hoover met and started a partnership known as “515 Realtors”. While unsure how they would get there or what exactly it would look like they had the big goal in mind of opening up a Brokerage at some point in the future. One thing that slowed a bit during the rapid growth in Property Management and Real Estate Investing was the Real Estate sales division. Matt & Ryan discovered Weichert, Realtors® and learned all about the industry leading training, national exposure, systems, resources and marketing that Weichert offered and they decided to acquire an independently owned franchise. In November, 2019 “Weichert, Realtors® - The 515 Agency” was born! This new franchise system allows them to offer agents & clients a level of support that was not currently available in the Central Iowa market. Acquiring the national exposure, industry leading tools/marketing/resources and leverage while remaining a local independently owned brokerage = no brainer for their clients, their agents and their communities!!
