I am an investor and a realtor. I specialize in residential and commercial investment properties throughout the Central NY area. Education is key, Bigger Pockets provides a ton of information, and I can help fill in the gaps: financing options, ARV's, cash flow analysis (Syracuse is #12 in the country for cash flow, #6 for rental increases!), evaluating property repairs and startup costs, finding teams such as contractors, property managers, attorneys etc. A little about me: I was based in the Capital Region selling investment property for over 10 years, and returned to the Syracuse (Liverpool) area to run our family golf course at Liverpool Golf & Country Club. We sold the 72 year old family business to Amazon to build the second biggest distribution warehouse in the world, a $350 million project which has affected our entire Syracuse area. I was instrumental in negotiating and closing the deal. I am currently in the process of developing and renovating properties using the BRRRR method, including construction in downtown Syracuse, a 4 unit residential above an existing restaurant. I love to help beginners and advanced investors with cash flow analysis for rentals, finding BRRRRs and flips. I will walk you through the process, and my best clients are Bigger Pockets members!
