Thanks for peeping my profile. I grew up playing in the woods and fields of Cherry Valley in Stroudsburg, PA (The Poconos!) and learning from my Dad, Bruce, who played an integral role in building and developing thousands of homes in the region. After attending college, I moved back home to work in the real estate industry full-time, starting Redstone Run Realty with my Dad, Mom and Brother in 2011. Sadly, we lost my Dad suddenly in the summer of 2022. Since then, I've taken on the primary role of running the ops and vision for our company - the coolest fully independent brokerage in the Poconos. After years of consistent, grinding work, I was able to put myself in a position to handle and oversee all types of real estate investments, both personally and on behalf of my clients. I have helped clients flip well over 100 homes, often from front-side analysis & acquisition all the way through backside exit. In addition, I'm skilled in executing long-term buy-and-hold multi-family and mixed-use investments. In 2020, I felt the STR/AirBnB vibe coming hard to our market and dove in head-first to learn local regs, income projections, and the features of what makes a 'winning' STR in the Poconos. Through contacts and past-clients, I've handled easily over 150 STR acquisitions & dispositions over the last 3 years and consider myself the leading expert in this field. I am currently the largest sales agent in the region by sales volume and will handle over 130 transactional sides in 2023. Our Team at Redstone Run Realty will do around 300 sides, giving us substantial insight into regional market trends and allowing us to offer the best local industry contacts to our clients. With a full-time Marketing Manager, Ops Director & Transaction Coordinator on staff, we strive to provide the best property buying and selling results in the area. Personally, I live in downtown Stroudsburg with my wife, Deisi, and our daughter, Scarlett. We have some investments locally and own a house together in Deisi's Brazilian hometown, where she is overseeing a full remote renovation. I have a really fun time working and building our team at Redstone Run Realty, but recently have learned the power and fun of putting my phone on 'Do Not Disturb' while going on weekend hikes, playing with toys and just relaxing with my family.
