Cullen & Company
Specialties: Residential, Land
Hey there! I'm Rebecca Cullen. I am the owner of Cullen & Company at Keller Williams licensed in NC/SC. We serve buyers and sellers who want to learn how to build wealth and achieve their real estate goals. I've been a Realtor since 2015 and we've served over 500 families to date. The best praise I've ever received from a client was that our attention to detail, our availability, and the sacrifices that we take to help buying and selling a smooth and easy process, is why families decide to hire us over and over. Helping people to earn the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, or advocate for excellent investment opportunities makes me so proud & drives everything I do! If you're looking for a Realtor who is an advocate, educator, and markets both our buyers and sellers equally, I'd love to work with you, too! In 2019, I received the Eagle Award from my office, which is one of the highest accomplishments to achieve and we've been named as part of the top 5% of the Charlotte Multiple Listing Service in production. We earned a spot on the RealTrends Top 1000 Agents across the United States in 2020 and have continued to remain each year following. In 2023, we were named #35 Fastest Growing Business by the Charlotte Business Journal. When I'm not helping people buy, sell or invest in real estate, I can be found supporting my husband and two children with their passions & traveling. Want to learn more about how we can work together? Call or text me anytime!

Build wealth through real estate! I work a with house hackers, especially college students who want to build wealth while going to school. I also specialize in multi-family, LTRs as well as fix and flips. My primary area is Utah Valley, but I have worked in Salt Lake County a decent amount as well. When it comes to real estate, I practice what I preach. I bought my first 4-plex at 22 years old, and I have been working on growing my portfolio since then. In my business, I focus on building solid relationships with my clients and I never push any transaction that isn't in their best interest. I'm young, high in energy, extremely motivated, and have a thorough understanding of real estate investing. Whether or not you are thinking of buying or selling, I'd love to answer any questions you have! As part of my services, I give all my clients an annual valuation and review of their real estate assets. Additionally, I give my top clients access to the best deals on the market. I have a comprehensive list of all properties in Utah that have assumable loans, allowing you to get very low interest rates regardless of the current market. A little bit about me personally, I enjoy calisthenics and working out. I read a book or 2 every week. I bake (and eat) way to much sourdough bread. I'm a pianist and play piano at weddings and events as my little side hustle. I got married a little over a year ago, I've got a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Marriott School of Business. Follow me on Instagram to see my workout videos, the books I'm reading, the investments I'm facilitating, and have a chance to win a loaf of sourdough bread (I have a weekly giveaway!)

Hi, I’m Kyle Spearin! I specialize in live-in flips and house hacking, and enjoy working with first-time homebuyers. I fell in love with real estate when I bought my first house and haven’t looked back since. At the time I was a history teacher on a budget, so I decided to buy a fixer-upper Chip and Joanna Gaines style. Over the course of two years I learned a lot of lessons as I renovated everything from the kitchen and flooring to landscaping. It wasn’t all unicorns and rainbows, though. There was a lot of stress and anxiety as I faced challenges that I felt ill-equipped to handle. No one ever told me what questions to ask a real estate agent, what lending options I had as a first-time buyer, how to stop my basement from flooding (that really happened), or much else for that matter. Two years and hundreds of lessons about homeownership later, the time came to sell my first house. Around this time, I decided to get my real estate license to learn more of the basics and so that I could confidently represent myself when I sold my house. My interest in real estate also led me to transition from teaching to developing content for real estate startups. I wanted to become more knowledgeable and apply my learnings the next time I bought a house. Fast forward to present, the knowledge base I gained from these experiences has helped my wife and I buy a condo where we live today with less stress. People say that experience is the best teacher, but who said it has to be your experience? My hope is that Homeowner School can help you avoid many of the mistakes that aspiring and new homeowners make by documenting the lessons I’ve learned, sharing homeowner stories, and talking to real estate professionals. That way, YOU feel prepared as you embark on your journey to homeownership.
