Even as a child, Annie had a natural ability to connect with and understand the needs of other people. She cultivated her passion for developing a sense of community with her peers during her education at the University of South Carolina, graduating with a BA in Public Relations. Following college, she relocated permanently to South Carolina taking a position in sales and advertising. Annie and her husband Dr. Ryan Williams, a local business owner, reside in Murrells Inlet with their son. Starting a family inspired her to redirect her career towards real estate. In building her own home she realized that it's not just a place where you live. Like the essayist and novelist Pico Iyer wrote, "Home…is not just the place where you happen to be born. It's the place where you become yourself." This concept has created the foundation that drives Annie's passion for helping families and individuals through the journey of finding their homes. She's able to satisfy customer goals through her dedication to understanding individuals' needs and translating those goals into deliverable results. If the deal presents the opportunity for a great ROI, perfect! If not, keep looking! Less emotional, more practical decision process. ➞ When my investors make money, they are happy. They typically buy more houses. My goal is to build a mutually beneficial long-term relationship. I do not just "turn and burn" deals for a quick commission. Integrity is crucial. ➞ Regardless of the current economic situation, there is always a play to invest in real estate. Whether you are looking for a fix and flip to take advantage of a fast equity market or you are scooping distress property from buyers with tax liens or foreclosure threats. Knowing when to pivot strategies and adjust your numbers comes with experience, education and market knowledge. In 2016, I started working with investors in the Atlanta market hunting deals, running numbers, negotiating creative acquisitions, meeting contractors, managing projects, determining ARV's & ROI's!! I LOVE numbers and actually went to college to be an accountant (can you imagine!?!) Thankfully I took a detour and ended up with my real estate brokers license in Georgia and Florida. Now I am the owner/ operator for both my companies with 3 teams in 2 states.
