There are short term loans for buying and rehab projects; financing is available for 1-4 SF Residential investor deals (some without income verification and without tax returns needed); sometimes are project needs to be kept on track with a bridge loan. Lite doc commercial, multifamily mixed-use bridge; even ground up residential construction are available. Locations: Generally urban or suburban locations in primary, secondary, or tertiary markets. Some Programs are limited in: MN, IL &VT. We are currently unable to lend in: West Virginia, and in the Dakotas. As these loan programs vary, and so do their requirements.
