After a few years selling commercial real estate in Virginia, John relocated to the Outer Banks in 2014. John and Katie have bought and sold many investment properties of their own on the Outer Banks, many of which they self managed on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. Katie was born and raised here on the Outer Banks and uses her background in interior design, along with her extensive knowledge of the area to help our clients narrow down their search to the best areas for them.
