I have been an Investor for more than a decade. Through my experience, I counsel my clients to acquire homes without financial regret in today's evolving market. I can show my clients how to close a deal through any entrance (back door, garage, window, etc.) with creative finance techniques." WHERE'S THE BIGGEST OPPORTUNITY IN TODAY'S MARKET? I believe First Time Homebuyers are now in a level playing field in the markets I serve (Houston & San Antonio). Even though rates are up, new and better loan products are coming out to offset the higher interest rates. Home values have flattened and off-market opportunities are increasing. House hacking remains the easiest way to empower my clients when making the shift from renting to homeowner/investor. Once I know where each client sits on the "privacy spectrum," finding opportunities is the easy part. LAST BIG TRIP: My wife and I went to a wedding in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico in February of 2022. The wedding was rescheduled twice over the last couple of years due to COVID and the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. The bride was finally getting married after the delays of the Summer Games for a year. We'll never forget the joy of getting away after being landlocked for so long. NEXT BIG TRIP: Every Year, I meet up with college buddies for a Denver Broncos road game. This year, we're headed to Nashville to see them play the Titans.
