Hello, My name is Kent Bordelon, and I want to thank you for coming to my page. I am an active wholesale real estate agent in Dallas-Fort Worth that gets 30 to 40 properties a month. My team and I are specialists that focus on our core competency of buying and selling wholesale deals for and to investors. ​ Over our 12 years in business, we have bought and sold over 10,000 deals. During this time we have been an accredited business by the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and have maintained an A+ rating. We truly believe your success is our success, which is why we try to provide accurate numbers and require you to do your own due diligence to buy any of our properties. In 2018, we tracked the properties we sold that were re-listed on the MLS and we saw 102% of our ARV (After Repair Value) returned. ​ Our Four Major Principles: Find- This is the main reason people come to us. We get 30-40 properties a month which will translate to 1-2 a day to view. Most of our investors work 9-5 jobs where they don't have the time to go out a find the properties, which is the hardest part of the process. Not only do we get 30-40 properties under contract a month, but we also pull comparable sales and put together rehab estimates to make you doing your due diligence as easy and efficient as possible. Fund- We provide our own in-house, hard money financing. Hard money is a way to leverage your own capital to increase your returns and reduce your risk. We offer special incentives to those who use our hard-money and we offer rates that are competitive with other local hard-money lenders. Fix- We have been in the industry here in DFW for 10 years, as such we have contractor contacts from general contractors to subcontractor for roofing, foundation, HVAC. Whatever you need, and we provide these contacts free of charge, all you have to do is ask. They know since we bring them a high volume of business, that they can charge our clients less. They do what is called investment-friendly pricing. We also have partnered with the Home Depot to provide contracting services and in-store discounts to our clients. Future- We assist you in the best exit strategy for your property. If that is Buy-Fix-Rent we have contacts for refinancing and property management as low as 8%. If you are using the Buy-Fix-Sell strategy, we happily provide a 1% listing for any properties bought through us. This is a full-service listing that puts 2% equity back in your pocket.
