Real estate has been a life changing industry for me. When I started back in 2015, I never expected to get where I am today. I am so excited at the prospect of helping other investors purchase property in Southern California and show them how to find cash flowing properties. And yes, cash flow is still possible in California!!! I started my real estate career in the commercial real estate realm. I found some success there, but didn't have a real passion for it. From there I was recruited to a fix and flip company where I spent 18 months acquiring fixer uppers all over Southern California. While there, I purchased and flipped over 25 homes. After my partners decided to move onto their next business, I transitioned into property management and helped local investors maximize their investment portfolios through buying and selling properties on and off market. My first year at the property management firm (2019-2020), I helped buy and sell 16 properties and flipped 2 houses on my own. In 2020, I joined Realty Masters and Associates and did 28 transactions. Through my experiences actively flipping houses in Southern California, I've gained a considerable amount of knowledge on construction and the connections you need to make sure that your project is a success.
