I've used several different productivity journals over the years but many of them seem to over-complicate things. I decided to create a simple daily worksheet that allows me to time block my activities, re-iterate my primary goal to keep it 'top of mind', define my 'one thing' for the week to guide me to my primary goal, develop a list of 'minimum next steps (MINS)' to guide me to the weekly objective, and also provide an option for me to track my nutritional, how I felt the day went, and reflect on what I could have one better. This is a MS Word document that can be saved as a PDF.
