Ways to remove a tenant during Covid
I have a couple tenants not paying rent right now. One of them was a prior tenant that I have a lease with, and they've been trying to pay so I'm more understanding with that situation.
The second was a house that I purchased with a tenant who hasn't paid yet - we gave them a 60 day notice, and don't have a lease with them. Any creative ideas on how to get them out? I've tried cash for keys, and I'm going back with a larger offer this week.
