Need a Property Manager in Reno, Nevada!
Hi all. I need a good property manager (or management company) in Reno, Nevada! Near Lake Tahoe. It is for a 10-plex multi family place, with 2 bedroom and 1-bedroom units. I also have a 5-plex which they could also manage, but that is a lower priority right now since it is doing OK. My current property management company (Realty Blvd) has not been doing a good job (super slow work and super slow turns taking 2-3 months, I have to micro-manage the managers) and it is time for me to get new managers. Any suggestions? Or resources on where to look for a good management company?
