Need Temporary PM Assistance
I'm going to be away for about 6 months and need someone to manage my 2 family rental property in Southeastern MA. I was told on another forum that most PM companies won't take on such a short term job which doesn't surprise me. Plus I'm not sure I need an all out Pm for this. Has anyone had any experience like this where you need a temporary fill in? I do have trades-people lined up to manage repairs but I'm more worried about the day to day issues ("they parked in my parking spot" type stuff). Also there will be times where I will have no cell service so if a tenant has an emergency issue (rain pouring in the roof), there needs to be someone they can get hold of quickly. I can manage rent collection as it's electronic so I really just need a point person for situations where I'm not reachable. We have one family member we are going to check with to see if he's interested but if he's not, does anyone have any suggestions?
