Commercial Space Vacancy

Hello.

I have a 450 sq ft commercial space that has been sitting vacant for around 8 months with no promising leads to re-rent the space. It was leased for 2 years by a Realty Team for $700 that included all utilities. It is a nice space, but it is in a more residential, industrial type of market which could be why it’s not generating much attention. That is not to say that their isn’t someone out their that needs this type of space! It is just that I have no one reaching out inquiring via the sign on the property, the Craigslist add, or the FB marketplace add!?

Does anyone have any advice? Or where is a good place to advertise a commercial space? Zillow?
