Strategy for building a property
Hi all,
i have a good deal on a 500sqm lot in the heart of the city located close to all amenities. I wanted to buy this lot and build a 5 unit rental apartments. The thing is, if I buy this lot then I wont have anymore money left for the construction to build the apartments.
How will go about to attaining my goal? I hope you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance!
