Question about judgements
We did the preliminary title search and found two judgements against one of the home owners. The lien was then attached to this property. Does the homeowner have to have the lien removed or is there a way that we can go about doing this without involving the homeowner?
Can anyone tell me how they have worked out this kind of problem?
Any other tips on dealing with liens and judgements?
What are the steps you would recommend I take in these situations?
