Does 2nd lienholder ever say no even though 1st says yes?
In a current short sale transaction, I got approval from the 1st lienholder in 10 days but that bank didn't even contact the 2nd. So I submitted the entire package to the 2nd and they said it will take 6-8 weeks. I'm 3 weeks into that process. The 1st only have the 2nd $1000. Is there a chance the 2nd will say no? Also, is there a chance the 2nd will want more money from the 1st or from agent commissions?
