It's unfortuate that the media is willing to clump all real estate investors into the same unethical, evil, bad group. Towards the end of the article, it does say things like "These sales may be legitimate, if the sale prices reflect the actual market value." but at that point, readers are already put in the mindset of how evil it is and easily overlook these short disclaimers. :roll:
