So my friend's mom has a ton of land that she's desperately trying to sell within 3 different counties are so. she has about 50 different lots for building. what would be the best way to go about this? should she go through multiple agents are is there another route she could take?

you realize you are on a short sale forum with your post right? Does she have a loan on these lots that are in foreclosure that she owes more than they are worth? If not, i'd post elsewhere for your questions.
