Buying a Short Sale for Investment
My husband and I have been looking into purchasing an investment home. We've seen several properties in the last 6 months, but none have worked out or seemed like the perfect fit. A home just came on the market that we're interested in, but it is a short sale. We're interested in learning about the process/any limitations of purchasing a short sale for a flip or rental/investment property. Thanks!
