Purchase from spouse?
'Ok, this may be obvious but I would like to make sure. My husband is doing a 1031 and thinks he can purchase the property that I am selling. His property and 1031 are in his name, my property is in my name. We usually file joint. Is this possible, what if we filed seperate?'.
