Can I exchange for a property to be completed after the 180 days
I relinquished my 1031 exchange property already (closing was October 12, 2018). I have a property that I want to purchase as my replacement property but construction will not be completed until October 2019. The construction was underway when I relinquished my property but I do not have any agreements with anyone yet. This is a cash deal.
