1031 Exchange/LLC Question

I invested in land property. 200 acres last year with my brother. We currently don't have any LLC or other sort of company legal structure.

I will assume a $50,000 gain after the sale. My question is if I can do a 1031 exchange on a similar property under my own LLC versus in my name and get the tax benifets?
