Deferred Sales Trusts 1031 exchange
Sold properties looking to buy using 1031 clock ticking! I have heard if the well publicized Delaware statutory trust (don't love it but better than paying taxes).
I was introduced to a less heard or Deferred Sale trust. Same initials as Delaware so often confused. Anyone done a deffered ST or know someone that can give feedback?
