Never doing enough in real estate
I find as a common feeling a lot of investors/entrepreneurs get is never doing enough. I'm not going to sit here and act like I work every hour of everyday, but I would say I work a good amount towards learning and looking for properties. Another issue is I have a tight funnel because Im 18 and have $20,000 to work with and I'm looking for an FHA in Northern Kentucky. So having limited capital doesn't help either, and not having a property. Does anyone else have the feeling of never doing enough, and when relaxing find it hard to do so and even making you feel guilty? Any ideas or books about this subject? Sorry if this is hard to read, I'm really tired. Thank you and make everyday a great day!

Hey @Sam McCormack congrats on your success so far. It appears you have income and you are in the process of finding a property. I believe BP has a plethora of amazing books on the real estate investing side. In terms of your search for good reads on your topic, I would suggest Getting Things Done by David Allen. I think this book does an amazing job of putting time management into perspective. It would be great to connect and hold one another accountable. Let me know if you would be interested.
