What business are you in? Are you a flipper, but and hold, tax liens, private lender? What state are you in.

Hi Chris, I appreciate your reply but this forum is open for seasoned and unseasoned real estate folks. Yes there are tons of people doing the exact same thing which I could’ve simply google search for randoms if I was looking for street walkers. I just wish there was a social media website for real estate professionals to ask/post questions🤔 Oh wait I’m on one🙄 😂 If you have suggestions please leave it if not that’s ok too. I’m sure this post will reach who’s truly meant for my company to connect with. Thanks again enjoy your day☺️
