Business structure
I own a contracting business but recently got my RE brokers license and it is my goal to operate a company that flips, buy and holds, and manages properties. My question is whether it is better to structure the business as an LLC, S corp, or C corp. That is where I am at in the process and I am hoping that some readers may have been there before and can offer some wisdom. Thanks!
