Incorporation as LLC

I need advice on this, I live in Miami Florida my plan is to start my wholesaling and flipping business.

As a corporation should I open a sole owner LLC or is a better way to incorporate?

Advantages and disadvantage in taxations.

Any advice would be appreciated.
