Track Record Documentation

Does anyone have any good examples of how to document their track record?  Do you do power pts on each property with all the before and afters?  Is it just a one pager?  How is everyone tracking there successes?

 For what purpose?  If for a bank I would just do a spreadsheet with hard numbers.  If for investors or potential buyers I would do a powerpoint or document with before/after pics and an overview of the numbers.  I would think you wouldn't need to do all your properties but maybe 10 or so that provide a broad spectrum of your capabilities
