Corporate Attorney for Multiple Markets - Company Structure?

I'm in the process of forming my corporation. Mainly I'm looking to form an S corp under an LLC to wholesale properties in various markets. I'm a resident of Virginia but considering to incorporate in Delaware.

I plan on moving to a different state. My question is, does a corporate attorney have to be from within my state? Within the state of my target market or does this matter?
