Transferring Property to a LLC

Hello BP, 

I just finished filing for my first real estate LLC and I had just had a question on how to transfer my property to my LLC.

I own the property free and clear.

I have never transferred a title or even owned a LLC, so any information, tips, or strategies on the subject would be great.
