Business credit? Good or bad?
Hello BP community!
What're your thoughts on obtaining business credit to do deals? I was thinking about using it for my fix and flip deals since there are offers at 0% for 9-15 months. What companies do you guys recommend I use? There was one company who offered me 30-50 k in business line of credit for a $497 processing fee and 9% fee of the credit line (so, if I were to get a 50k credit line I would be charged almost 5 k fee).
Any advice would be appreciated!
