California residents investing in Texas

Hello,

We are a group of people reside in California who are planning on investing in Texas in multi units apartment buildings. My local Texas lender (Wells Fargo) told me it would be best to register the entity in Texas and open its bank account with Wells Fargo. Can anybody recommend a good real estate attorney in Austin, TX or the surrounding area. Thanks!
