REI Incorporating - what is the best Corp Type?

My partner and I are just getting started and are about to incorporate our REI business. No investments yet but she is a Real Estate Agent in WA State and I will be getting my license in 2019. I already own an S-Corp but is LLC a better structure for REI businesses?
