Is it worth constructing an LLC if you're planning to invest in real estate? Specifically, if you're actively reaching out to people via calls or mailings trying to find an opportunity, should you have an LLC or is it alright to just do everything under your own name?
Hey @Hen Ley You can definitely do it under your own name, but I like operating with my LLC for added protection.
Thanks, @Jake Stuttgen ! Does this mean that if you send a letter you only sign with the LLC's name, or would you include both the LLC name as well as your own? If it's the latter, do you still have the protection?

I would absolutely recommend using a LLC so that you are not personally held liable if an issue were to occur.
