Currently, I have only one duplex. My brother lives out of one of his rentals and owns a 5 plex. My brothers best friend owns another rental. So between us all we have 4 properties but I'm going to buy another before winter hopefully. All three of us help with repairs on each other's rentals and have been managing it all on our own. Would it be advised to combine all of our rentals into an LLC? If so when would be the most beneficial time to do so?
