Single Property Economic Model
I am looking for an Excel based full-cycle economic model that I can use/build from to sensitize on RE purchases/investments. Would like something that can vary note life term and interest rate, include rental rates, and with expandability to up to 4 unit properties, etc. I am new at this but am used to model bases economic forecasting. This model will help me bring in partners as well to substantiate/warrant co-investment. Appreciate your help!
