Me and my business partner are looking to speak/meet with a professional in the Rental property/Real estate market in Texas.
After posting our first business plan here we were instantly told to return to the drawing board.
We are now wanting to meet with someone in our state that has experience and wouldn’t mind chatting. We know knowledge/experience is usually not free.
So we do not mind paying for a consultation/meeting with someone that fits this description.

West Texas and panhandle mainly. But have no problem looking else where.
