I STARTED OUR TEAM MEETINGS TODAY WITH MEDITATION

A lot of you will think I'm weird for trying something new and orthodox.

I’ve noticed my team does great when we do mock calls, but let’s the pressure of new situations get to them sometimes. Starting today we started off our mornings with meditation for 5 minutes together. I’m hoping this will help my team to live in the moment, listen to the other party objection's better, and not try to rush their response without listening first. I personally meditate for 20 minutes every day and it has helped me so much in my own life.I personally don't know if this will work, but decided to try something new. It's natural for people to start thinking about their response before the other party finishes talking. This is not good for business. I  need my team to be more attentive to sellers on the phone and do a better job ob handling objections better.  The biggest advantage of meditation is it teaches you to live in the moment and realize that thoughts are nothing but thoughts (not reality).I'm curious how this will affect our business.I'll keep you posted.
