Investing in Multi-family from Fort Myers to Tampa area

I am a newbie looking to invest in a multi-family property in Southwest Florida- Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, St. Petersburg areas.  I moved to the area a few months ago and have been following the market and am now comfortable to start investing.
