Good Afternoon BP,

I recently acquired my second property and am looking to hire a CPA to take advantage of the wonderful tax laws in place for property owners! Both properties are in Saint Paul, MN. I am wondering if I should find a CPA locally who specializes in real estate tax, or look out of state for this individual. Any recommendations on how to approach this?

Thank you!
